About

Counsel rooted in how German leadership careers actually move

Systemsdevsuite exists for executives and senior managers who need an independent advisor during a search — someone outside their current employer, outside the recruiting desk, and outside the cheerleading circle.

Origin

The practice grew from years of watching capable leaders mishandle transitions: applying too broadly, accepting the first soft offer, or trusting a single headhunter’s pipeline as the whole market. Magdeburg became the base — close enough to industrial and mid-market Germany, far enough from the noise of larger hubs to keep conversations calm.

How we work

We prefer fewer clients at a time. Sessions are prepared, notes are specific, and we will decline work that conflicts with a current mandate. Confidentiality is a working habit, not a slogan: we do not name clients in marketing without written permission.

Values in practice

  • Honesty about market timing — including when waiting is wiser than pushing
  • Respect for German governance and labour realities
  • Clear boundaries between advisory counsel and legal or tax advice
