These terms govern access to the website systemsdevsuite.digital and the advisory services offered by Systemsdevsuite (“we”, “us”). By using this site or engaging our employment consulting services, you accept these terms.

Services

Systemsdevsuite provides employment consulting and senior-level job search advisory in Germany. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written mandate or proposal outlining scope, fees, and duration.

No employment guarantee

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Advisory counsel supports your search; decisions and applications remain yours.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials we create for general publication remain our intellectual property. Materials prepared specifically for a client under a paid mandate may be used by that client for their search. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit false contact information, or use our materials to misrepresent your credentials to employers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from advisory engagements, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including injury to life, body, or health, or damage caused by intent or gross negligence). Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Magdeburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, shall have jurisdiction where permissible for disputes arising from commercial engagements with business clients.
